What You Need To Know

 I’m dedicated to providing alternative healing and wellness therapy services to my clients. My expertise includes musculoskeletal therapy, rehabilitation, Reiki, energy therapies, and more. I believe that everyone has the power to heal themselves and I am dedicated to helping my clients find the best path to their individual wellness. 

 

I offer individualized care tailored to each person's needs and goals. Whether you are looking for physical, mental, or emotional healing, there is something here to offer.
 

For the past 11 years, I have lived in SE Asia exploring the various cultures there.   Learning from people and experiences and now, I've returned back to Central America looking to learn and teach that which I need to know and that which I need to share.   

I believe that every person has something to teach us, no matter their occupation, status, socio-economic level, background, or ethnicity.  I believe that what we can see in others,  qualities that we also have inside ourselves, both the good and the bad.   I believe that sitting with yourself, accepting yourself, and spending quiet moments alone with yourself, is essential to our healing paths.  These very rudimentary steps are required to be able to go farther and farther into ourselves and accept ourselves and others.  Forgiving ourselves and others and eventually loving others as we love ourselves.   These are some of the biggest blocks to our healing.  

Through my experiences, I've discovered that loving oneself is likely the most difficult thing to learn to do.   But you must.  No matter what.  and for one to be able to accept themselves enough to realize that self-love is an essential right and property within ourselves is also important.

Perhaps we start with small steps.  We smile to someone we pass in the street.  We say "hello" to strangers, we are kind.   That's a great start, and search not for your kindness to be returned by strangers for it is oftentimes not.  But the affect that you have on that person and others that see you do this nice act can have a tremendous healing effect on yourself and those around you.

So for today , just be kind.  Take a breath, be kind, take a breath, smile, be kind.   And over time, this will blossom into love.
